ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day using Australia Post (Standard delivery standard is 3 - 8 business days). Flat rate shipping fee of $2.90 applies to orders shipping to Australia. Flat rate shipping fee of $7.90 applies to orders shipping to New Zealand.:

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $2.90 flat rate shipping Nation wide (Australia). We offer free standard shipping for orders over $50.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to the following countries: New Zealand with a flat rate of $7.90. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT or GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tilion Distribution Pty Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@unpass.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
